Connect44 is seeking an German-speaking Call Center Ticketing Specialist to join our team in Romania on a permanent basis. This role involves providing support to customers and adopts a remote working model.

As a Call Center Ticketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main activities and tasks:

  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related problems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and follow-up support
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and improve customer experience

Required Education & Trainings:

  • Vocational or higher education
  • Proficiency in German (native or fluent)
  • Training in customer service or related fields is a plus

Required Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer service tools is a plus

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Solution-oriented and able to handle difficult situations calmly
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of the company’s products or services
