Scope An overview of the job, it’s purpose and scope: Line reporting to a Maya PMO Programme Manager and matrixing to Project or functional Managers within both C44 and Telefonica UK, the role will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned elements within Telefonica UK Networks Operations Projects with the goal being to deliver successful change events. The role holder will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, plan and execute effective changes, without unplanned impact on TUK customers. It will be necessary to employ key measures and promote required behaviours to support reduced cost, improved investment efficiency and faster time to market. It will be key to employ effective use of Telefonica UK tools such as Remedy in order to plan and deliver successful change events. The Delivery Manager may also be called upon to directly lead small pieces of work without the direction of a Project Manager.
