Main activities and tasks:

     Effectively manage the Front Office operational activities in line with functional objectives, service standards and customer requirements

     Monitor, identify, analyse, and resolve fixed network incidents in accordance with standard operating procedures and using knowledge and support tools

     Perform continuous, proactive, and performance-focused network monitoring to ensure service availability and early fault detection

     Take ownership of incidents and service-related issues, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, follow-up, and closure within the customer agreed timescales

     Support fixed network stability through structured issue analysis, resolution activities, and appropriate escalation in line with operational processes

     Carry out troubleshooting activities for fixed network issues, within operational responsibilities

     Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain overall service quality and operational efficiency

     Operate in full compliance with established contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely response and resolution

     Support continuous improvement through the development and maintenance of Front Office procedures, documentation, and operational processes

     Work on a rotating shift basis to ensure continuous 24/7 operational coverage, demonstrating flexibility to meet service requirements
