Connect44 is seeking an Radio Acceptance Engineer to join our team in Bucharest on a permanent basis.

Role Purpose
Responsible for technical health checks, performance validation and technical acceptance of new or modified Network Elements before operational handover and final readiness for service.
Delivery Excellence
Perform technical health checks of new Network Elements.
Perform performance monitoring of new NEs.
Review network KPIs.
Identify performance deviations.
Identify technical issues.
Perform root-cause analysis.
Define corrective measures.
Track technical issues through resolution and closure.
Track corrective actions through completion.
Coordinate technical troubleshooting with relevant teams.
Coordinate technical issues with vendors.
Monitor vendor technical-issue resolution.
Monitor issue resolution against defined SLAs.
Review Vendor Acceptance Reports (VAR).
Review supporting technical documentation.
Validate NE acceptance against defined technical checklists.
Validate performance against defined acceptance criteria.
Manage and update technical-acceptance status.
Maintain issue-tracking reports.
Coordinate technical escalations.
Manage tickets related to NE issues and acceptance activities.
Support end-to-end NE acceptance.
Validate readiness for final RfC.
