This role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, driving efficient delivery of tasks, and resolving complex technical challenges to achieve optimal Radio Access Network (RAN) performance The Technical Lead will mentor team members, foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives for improving network performance, customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on RAN technologies (LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, VoNR, CAT-M, NB-IoT, DSS, etc.) to enhance team capabilities.
Mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills, troubleshooting proficiency, and efficiency in task execution.
Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and training on vendor-specific tools, performance management systems, and emerging RAN technologies.
Guide teams with UETR, CTR, Probe analysis and drive test data analysis for effective troubleshooting and optimization
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to KPI degradations, customer complaints, interference cases, or public event handlings.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce manual effort, and improve team efficiency
Support the team in managing / tuning optimization related changes in the network and ensure compliance with change management processes.
Communicate on a regular basis with client RAN optimization leads and cater to their needs.
On need basis able to discuss RAN features / solutions with client RAN Architecture team.
Required Skills & Competencies
Mandatory prior experience in leading technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and tuning wireless mobile networks.
Hands on experience with Layer 3 analysis of 4G & 5G.
Through understanding of SIP calls flows for VoLTE / VoNR.
In dept knowledge on RAN PM based KPI analysis and troubleshooting of Ericsson RAN NW.
Strong understanding of data and voice LTE, NR-NSA, NR-SA, VoLTE & VoNR.
Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in RAN optimization.
Able to communicate in English effortlessly (both oral and written)
