Role Purpose

Responsible for advanced radio-network performance analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation across GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G NR, ensuring required network quality, capacity and customer-experience targets.

Delivery Excellence

  • Monitor and analyse radio-network KPIs.
  • Identify network-performance degradation.
  • Perform detailed root-cause analysis.
  • Define corrective and optimisation actions.
  • Optimise LTE and NR throughput.
  • Perform network-capacity optimisation.
  • Optimise load-balancing algorithms and parameters.
  • Analyse mobility performance.
  • Analyse handover parameters and events.
  • Troubleshoot handover failures.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise VoLTE.
  • Analyse voice latency.
  • Analyse SIP-related performance.
  • Analyse MOS and voice-quality performance.
  • Perform interference analysis.
  • Analyse drive-test data.
  • Use drive-test post-processing tools.
  • Support end-to-end troubleshooting across RAN, Transport and Core.
  • Perform network-performance reporting.
  • Perform network benchmarking.
  • Test new radio features.
  • Validate new radio functionality.
  • Support deployment of new radio features.
  • Analyse radio-cell configurations including frequencies, neighbours, power and tilts.
  • Recommend performance and capacity improvements.
