We are looking for a Reparenting and Configuration Engineer to join our team in Bucharest.

Role Overview:

The engineer will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of all required data for tasks within Fixed Network (FNE), Boxswap, and similar projects. The role involves scheduled activities, coordination with field teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with customer expectations. It also requires flexibility, the ability to manage new tasks, and working under pressure within defined timelines.

 

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Fixed Network Element (FNE) tasks (site reparenting, IUR builds, etc.)
  • Implementation of TX Migration (Boxswap) tasks, including transport migrations and swaps
  • Providing technical support to the Connect44 Technical Solutions group when required
  • Executing planned activities in coordination with on-site engineers
  • Following up on tasks and maintaining clear communication with all relevant stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation in line with customer requirements

 

Required Education & Training:

  • Good level of English (mandatory)
  • Experience working with Ericsson BSS / RAN / LTE / ENM platforms (essential)
  • Experience working in a live network environment is considered an advantage
